Cass County COVID-19 Vaccinations

Currently available to residents of Sarpy and Cass Counties who are:
Born in 1956 or earlier
Phase 1A healthcare providers
Phase 1B tier 1 (first responders and critical utility staff)

In Cass County there are currently three locations where you can make an appointment to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

  • OneWorld – Plattsmouth – 122 South 6th Street, Plattsmouth.
Schedule an appointment to receive your vaccine: 402-952-4030

  • Hy-Vee Pharmacy – Plattsmouth – 16418 Westside Drive, Plattsmouth.
Schedule an appointment to receive your vaccine: 402-296-6900 or https://www.hy-vee.com/my-pharmacy/covid-vaccine-consent

  • Blake’s Pharmacy – 213 Main Street, Louisville.
Schedule an appointment to receive your vaccine: 402-234-3025

A Sarpy or Cass County resident can register for an appointment at a clinic in either Sarpy or Cass County.

Please remember at this time we are prioritizing residents who are born in 1956 or earlier to receive COVID- 19 vaccine. Due to the number of residents that are currently eligible to receive a vaccine and the limited amount of vaccine in our community, it may take a few weeks to vaccinate everyone in this age group. Please be patient as appointments fill up quickly.

You are responsible for scheduling your own appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination appointment.  If you need assistance, please consider asking a friend or family member to assist you in scheduling an appointment.

If you have any questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine or if you are having difficulties scheduling an appointment, please call the Sarpy/Cass Department at 402-339-4334 and press 1.  Phones are answered Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
