REMINDERS:
Dog tags are due before March 31st. See the Village Clerk. Pet owners; keep a close eye on your outdoor pets. With these cold temperatures and snow, they need shelter. If possible, put them indoors or at least in a garage. And even though there is snow on the ground, they still need water to drink. Animals dehydrate very easily in this weather. And finally, if you are concerned about the condition of the animal, talk to your neighbor! We have become a society of not wanting to get involved, however, if you talk to people that live in this village the first thing they always comment is the closeness of a small community. Lets practice this and get to know your neighbor.
Due to snow removal, please park in your driveways or off the streets. Also, please do not park on the sidewalks. Be a good neighbor, if you know your neighbor is elderly or unable to clear their driveways, lend them a hand. And if you do not see your elderly neighbor, check on them, you could save a life!
If you have not filled out your survey, please do. The village board members are interested in what you have to say and what you would like to see done. Please try to complete it by Feb 15th so we can have the results for the March 2nd board meeting.
