Ken Turns 50!
If you see Ken Willeford on or around March 8th, wish him a happy 50th birthday.
Reminders:
Dog licenses are now due. Also, if you have 3 or more dogs that live primarily outdoors, you are required to have a non-commercial kennel license, which is $15.00. Contact the village clerk for more info.
This is still winter so please park off the streets to make snow removal easier & your vehicle will not be blocked in by the snow moved by the snowplow. We’ve also made arrangements to have salt/sand mixture spread on the icy areas.
If you see anyone using the area behind the ballpark as a dumpsite, please call the sheriff’s office & get a license plate number. We’ve had a lot of problems with this in the last couple years & we need to put an end to it. If this continues, we will be forced to close off that area to everyone in the village that uses it to dispose of lawn clippings & tree debris.
There are two large piles of mulch that are free to the public. One is near the water tower & the other is in the park area. Please help yourself.
